We´ve been in the sector for more than 27 years and we believe that one of the keys is being transparent with our clients: frequently contacting them with information about how their business is going is fundamental.
It´s not easy to find a team that´s professional, experienced and diverse, but after more than 28 years in the sector we are convinced we have achieved it: more than 15 people between Estate Agents and Admin Staff. We make an effort every day to help our clients the best way we can and moreover, we count on a network of collaborators (lawyers, tax advisors, architects, photographers …) who help us with the parts we cannot reach.
One of our main tasks is to be aware of the latest opportunities in the property market in our area, and because of that we can help you better than anyone else to find the home you need, as we can inform you of anything new that comes onto the market.
As part of our job, our agents visit more than 200 properties a month; when you go with us to see a house you can be sure that you´re going with an expert who will help you to see what you maybe wouldn´t notice.
At times this can be the trickiest part of the buying process, and it is vital to keep a cool head and have a wide knowledge of the property market in order to clinch a good deal where all parties are satisfied.
